The team owner always pays the fines. They have a fund for that exact purpose. The reason why there was no penalty/fine for the drivers is because they did not start it. They just got caught up in it. But they should have fined Harvick for starting the whole thing by pushing BradK into Gordon. That was a chicken $hit move by Harvick but we all know who wears the fire suit in that family.

Sounds to me like they got it backwards. I would think they would prefer the electronic script versus bringing in a paper script. Paper script could be easier to forge IMHO.
