  1. Because that is currently what it is? And the $2500 limit is what it will be for 2013? Shrug. Recently, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued IRS Notice 2012-40 to provide more guidance on the effective date of this PPACA provision. IRS Notice 2012-40 now states that “…the $2,500 limit does not apply for plan years that begin before 2013.”
  2. It's simple. You signed up for a discounted package which required a contract to keep that package for a certain amount of time. You got a "credit" for the amount you "saved" for signing up for the discounted package for that predetermined time frame. If you decide to cancel your discounted package before the end of your contract you will be charged the full amount that you "saved" since you did not follow through with the terms of your agreement. Other words you did not read the fine print. You agreed to use their service for a predetermined time for a discounted rate.
  3. Wow, this joke is so old I really find it hard to believe that someone actually believes it.
  4. I have no dog in this fight since I don't use the HCFSA. But a simple google search for "what is the limit on HCFSA" indicates that the limit for 2013 is $2500 per individual. The Affordable Care Act imposed a $2500 annual cap for tax year 2013. link 1 Effective January 1, 2013, health care reform imposed a $2,500 calendar year limit on annual salary reduction contributions to health care FSAs (HCFSA) offered under cafeteria plans (e.g., flex plans, 125 plans, and flexible benefits plan). The $2,500 limit is indexed for inflation for calendar years beginning after December 31
  5. It's called extortion. The Falcons will threaten to move if they don't get a new stadium and the NFL will join forces and threaten to take away a Super Bowl game. In the end the city will cave and build them a new stadium.
  6. Good location does not equate to good food. I go by that place every day, have never seen it busy or even a few cars out side. Makes me wonder how they even stay in business, if they still are.
  7. Making it illegal has not stopped people from using it. Make it legal and regulate the sale and tax on it. You will take the crime and profit out of it.
  8. So did you even look at the links he posted or find some facts to counter his points? I didn't think so.
  9. I go get it myself. Saves having to pay a tip and I get my food much faster.
  10. I think in his mind he was thinking it would be a good moral booster not to mention the money it brings in. Of course the broader issue was how were people even going to get there let alone run. It would have been wiser to postpone it.
  11. That is all there is to the story. Oh, and welcome to Pcom.
  12. Just an example of what it looks like. Not the actual one. Here is the other thread.
  13. Bollocks. That's clean right?
  14. This was discussed a while back. I think the person who owns the property was building a castle thing for his daughter. Maybe the money ran out or something. What I find interesting is they have the entrance on Dallas-Highway blocked off. There must be a side entrance because I have seen cars there before.
  15. I love how most everyone is vilifying the police without even knowing the facts in the case. Next time anyone of you have an emergency you had better not be calling 911 since you think the police are so corrupt.
  16. He hit a home run didn't he? That would make him a home run hitter. I am sure if the poll you say is an accurate poll and it showed Romney ahead you would say it was not an accurate poll.
  17. I thought that was why we had an EPA?
  18. So you personally know the reporters and the linemen for the area that the reporter was reporting from? Wow you are truly amazing. So because you know 5 guys out of how many thousand you are now an expert. Maybe you should ask your 5 experts how they go about restoring power. Do they wait till it is all connected then throw the magic switch that turns the power on for the entire country or do they restore one area at a time? yes it is going to take days and maybe a week to get ALL of the power restored, but they are doing a little at a time. It does not all happen at
