That is pretty much what I do. Our rubbish bin is never full so I just put the junk in a garbage bag and stick it between some of the other bags. They never know what hit them.

That is the key right there. Like you said previously people end up gaining the weight back when they stop a diet like the South Beach because they really did not change their eating lifestyle. You have to change the way you see food and not just follow a menu because it says so. My biggest issue is carbs. I have an Asian wife so most food has rice with it. It is hard to teach her that I do not want rice with every meal.

The rise in petrol might no affect the US economy but it sure does affect ~Chester~s economy.

The ones that have the pour spout like a tap are most convenient. Just put on the icebox shelf and refill your goblet as needed. In a pinch you can just put your lips on it.

Actually starting to see some progress with my workouts, need to drop 10 more pounds to get to my target weight. Not to shabby for a guy who's heart tried to kill him a few years ago. I could probably be making more progress but I have been slacking on my cardio.

You called to complain when you no longer had HD which you have been getting for free. If you had been paying for it along I would imagine you would have told them that you have been paying for it and their audit is wrong.

I am sure we all have our stories. Had a guy out to hook up the cable at my previous house and he could not get it to work, he even added an amplifier to the line. I could see from where I was causally watching that the TV was on channel 8 but I figured since it always has to be on channel 3 he would have noticed the obvious when it did not work the first time. When he went outside to check something I changed it to channel 3 and it miraculously worked when he came back in to test it. He made some BS excuse about it takes time to activate. I guess it would just depend on how many trips to the dump you would have to make and how much your time is worth. Isn't there a fee to dump stuff? Other then along side the road of course.
