Exactly....there is a huge difference between selling an item which is similar to other products and selling that item another companies logo on it. It should not be that hard to figure out that is very very wrong. -
Not everyone feels that way. I absolutely love having a digital camera, video camera, gps, mp3 player and a cell phone all in one package. The iPhone is awesome. Lots of apps for it and AT&T has pretty good coverage. You are required to add the data plan to your phone plan which is $30 a month.

Court to decide if riding lawn mower is a “motor vehicle”
Ugadawgs98 replied to MillCreek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
There are plenty of "motor vehicles" which are not street legal vehicles. Two different things. -
That is what I was thinking.....scrub and soak in Coke. After that just go through the re-seasoning process.

I agree....if LE wanted this on the news it would be there. Something is making them hold back....perhaps they are uncovering much different info than what is seen from the outside. I really do not think very many people know how many people are reported "missing" to LE each day. It is not all that uncommon for people to disappear for a few days or weeks just because they want to get away from everything.

yup....her. He was shot multiple times....she was shot once in the head and the gun was probably found under her since the police said it was not "readily apparent". To me that means the gun was not found until the bodies were moved.

I wonder if he is separated from his wife. After all....we know from the story his is renting this condo and living in a different city than his wife and he has bought this girl a car. Since the police say they are not looking for a suspect I think it is pretty clear what happened.

He is a POS...not surprising. -
ESPN just published it also. Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair has been killed, a source has confirmed to ESPN.com. McNair, 36, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville, police spokesperson Don Aaron said. A female victim was also found dead. "I don't have any answers for you now as to what's happened, who's responsible," Aaron said. Aaron said police have tentatively identified the woman but did not release her name. The incident happened near 2nd South & Lea Ave in Nashville. McNair played 13 seasons in the NFL, 11 were with the Ti

Ugadawgs98 replied to Grizzly Adams's topic in RECENT TOPICS
All I can say is show me. There is nothing in the criminal trespass law that says anything about signs....it just says "notice from the owner". The courts have convicted on verbal, certain signage and when someone intentionally bypasses a device put up to keep people out. Georgia 16-7-21 ( A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority: (1) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose; (2) Enters upon -
Holy crap. I bet it is going to be some kind of robbery.

Ugadawgs98 replied to Grizzly Adams's topic in RECENT TOPICS
You crossed a closed and locked gate...that is more than enough to uphold a trespassing conviction. Having signs posted has nothing to do with it. Georgia law only requires a person be given notice they are not welcome on the property....that can be verbally from the owner, by signage or other means such as fencing, gates and doors. -
---a DUI is not ruining anyones life ---programs that raise awareness to the penalties of DUI are effective year round ---prevention is much more effective in keeping people safe than relying on enforcement only.
-
Because prevention and education are some of the main goal in LE. Many people obey the law only because they are afraid of getting caught. If they know there is a better than average chance they will get caught then some do not take the chance. Those that do not take the chance is one less drunk on the roadway.

If it is first degree it should be minimum 5....max 20. -
Police work in itself is a balance between being proactive/reactive across the full spectrum of LE duties. Since resources are not unlimited if you want to be more proactive on a something you must take away from something else. Since there is usually a spike in serious wrecks this time of year it is worthwhile to reallocate resources as needed to become more proactive.
-
Because no LE agency has enough people to "crack down" on everything all the time. The agencies will reallocate resources as needed during these organized efforts which always coincide with a time frame where there is an increase in serious injury/fatality.
-
Its not that simple. We are having EMS respond with FD to every 9-1-1 medical run as a service to the citizens within the county. They do not bill unless they transport. If the community wants this kind of service then tax money will be involved in some manner. The other option would be only sending FD and let them call for an ambulance if needed....however that would cost lives due to the extended delay in transport.

Sometimes you really have to wonder how the rumors get started.

PCSO seeks information on Saturday night shooting
Ugadawgs98 replied to gpatt0n's topic in Paulding County NEWS
"Stop snitching". Todays thug youth think it is better to allow violent criminals to go unpunished so they can continue to victimize people than it is to be a law abiding citizen who will stand up for what is right.
