  1. You need your own forum for you conversations with yourself.
  2. The dope game isn't exactly full of the most upstanding people.
  3. Great....at least it is clear you cannot comprehend the issue.
  4. So it is still over your head. Do you need a pie chart?
  5. .....and you are entitled to your opinion just as I am mine. You mention the elected commissioners enact the ordinances which is true because they also have input on how they are enforced as the department is under their control. As I said earlier, I see no problem with having the department focus on problems that directly effect others. It is a fine balance of upholding community standards mixed with recgonizing private property rights. The last thing this county needs is an overbearing department looking to fix problems that aren't there. Let them fix the problems that have a 'victim'.
  6. PCSO does not enforce any of the quality of living type county ordinances that are reserved for the Marshal's. As for the Marshal's Department, I would assume their mission is to intervene when a violation of an ordinance has an impact on others in the community. They ask for a written complaint to show in court to prove there is a victim which would quell any complaint of bias. To just go out and randomly hammer everyone is not a great way to gain the support of the community they serve. In some things an overall reactive nature is best policy and enforcing the low end nuisance ordinances
  7. Do I need to repeat my statement in another language for you to understand? Once again, Paulding County government has no connection with the Youth Dentention Center which is ran by the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.
  8. Paulding County has no connection to the YDC, it is a state run facility.
  9. That is exactly the reason and is common sense.
  10. Yes...unless we break a longstanding treaty.
  11. Well...they ordered a new trial. They can try her in absence and there is probably a good chance she will be convicted.
  12. ...but....but...but....there is still a chance it is 'police brutality'.
  13. Not much around anymore.....Lake Ramona off Nebo is hardly ever open, Lake Jane off Lindsey Lake Road is closed. There is a small pond on Pine Shadows Road and the ones at the end of Sweetwater Bend. I don't know if Argo Lake off Goldmine Road is open this year.
  14. The team that got killed were not one of the teams that actually try to intercept the tornado. Their goal was to drop scientific probes in the path of the tornado and clear out before it arrives. Apparently this storm made a dramatic turn while they were in the area and caught them before they could get to safety.
  15. That is correct. 40-6-181 sets the maximum speed limit in an residential district at 30, 40-6-183 allows the speed to be decreased to 25 after a proper survey.
  16. On an unlaned neighborhood street with no sidewalks pedestrian traffic is expected.
  17. Thanks...I will have to try them soon.
  18. The reason prices are up here is because of inventory. The metro-Atl market only has around 14k listings according to the news which is around 50% of normal.
  19. Bike shorts make sitting on the bike more comfortable and elimnate the chaffing problem that comes without the proper clothing.
  20. Weapons are a common scenario every LEO faces daily, so much so that everyone is considered armed. Knowing permit status in advance can only be a positive because LEO's know the process and what disqualifies someone from having a permit.
  21. As I said earlier, this lesson in freedom with do the scouts well. Live your life as you wish and let others make that same choice.
  22. Good....maybe the scouts will learn a lesson on freedom.
