....and? I would assume it is not her job to educate or give legal advice to someone trying to represent them self who lacks the most basic understanding of the law or proper procedure. Don't know the law....don't play lawyer. -
Notice of Open Records Request

She did. You can't file for open records on records not covered under the law which pertains to government only. Maybe going pro se was not the best choice if something that basic is not understood. -
Notice of Open Records Request

It hasn't been proven she has to comply. I don't believe Guardian Ad Litems are employees of the government or connected to a government agency. They are simply the voice of the child which is independent of the interests of the government and other defendants. Open records pertain to certain documents held by government agencies, not private sector professionals working in the court system. -

I am surprised so many people assume that an obvious mistake is something that should be capitalized on. -

LOL....so basically this is just a complete ignorance of what documents are open records. -
There are probably close to 150k people in this county now. Of course stuff like this happens.

I am not sure what is even being argued here. Some is right....some is completely wrong...some is a partial truth. You certainly can get the death penalty for murdering a child but it is not automatic. Just like any other murder case for it to be an option there must be aggravating factors. The penalty for murder is life, if there are aggravating factors the jury can up the punishment and recommend life without parole or death. If there are no aggravating factors as legislated then the maximum penalty is life.

There is plenty as I said.

Rumor of Extra Cops and Roadblocks This Weekend

You can say that again. Many, usually those who scream the loudest, don't understand their rights or how they apply to any given situation. They don't understand the 4th never provided or was intended to provide absolute protection from all government interaction. It was clear that for a society to be structured under the rule of law they would be some interaction between the two, that is why the Founding Fathers only prohibited unreasonable searches or seizures in the Constitution. The goal when our nation was created was not to create an anarchy, but instead to create a balance where per -
There is plenty of undeveloped land in that area to support hunting and probably even target shooting. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it illegal.

No crime stats track the specific crime of murder, they track homicides.

Maybe he shot six things or just felt like shooting six times.

Probably a hunter. Good bit of wooded areas around there.

Cool....I just looked him up on Wiki a few months ago to see what was up to in life after one of those random late night 'what if' ponderings.

They don't have to dig the whole tank up. They just need to get to the end which has the access port. A hole about 1ft in diameter is all that is needed.

Those cameras do not record footage like a red light camera. They are used for cycling the red light.

Constitutionally impossible.

...but it includes the same audience dingbat. Bad for children at preschool, ok for children at a football game.
-
Had it happened in a preschool playground not one person on here would be saying "not a big deal". A public gathering such as this is mixed company which includes countless young children just as the above example. That is what makes it something that could not be simply ignored.
-
....and the juvenile courts may have very well found just that, intent goes a long way in charging and determining punishment for crimes. However, make no mistake, this is still a crime and not some violation of school policy. The act was done at a crowded football game and no matter how funny it is to some, it offended others, especially those parents with small children who want to decide for themself when they see a nude male. LE does not normally have discretion when it comes to many crimes, the law is on the books and they are tasked with enforcing that law. Now as I said at least

Look out....here comes the Pcom mafia piling onto anyone not sharing their opinion.
-
Get a bullet then...won't hurt my feelings because I really don't care what your opinion of me is. Simple question....how should it have been handled?

I sure do, but I also know you cannot fairly judge all things in life using emotion only. He committed a crime and the possible consequences that he may have overstated drove him to suicide. Sad situation but it still does not mean anyone can be blamed.
