Ok..I am gonna throw my 2 cents in here. first the officer Might have thought it was a safety issue. and felt like it warranted a ticket. 2nd police officers dont get any more money for writing tickets. we get paid the same. when I write a ticket is for safety not just cause I can. Even Minor traffic violations can cause accidents. as for the deputy whipping around in the road. thats why we have blue lights on our cars. to act when we see a traffic violation. I cannot speak for every other officer. I do give warnings on certain things. but when I feel like a ticket is warranted then I issue on

I am glad that they caught him...He was a Bad apple. would have never thought someone with that many years as a law man would have did that. but the evidence and him running away all points to his guilt. if he is found guilty I hope that he get the ga cocktail. he deserves it for sure.
