This young Man was traveling north bound on i-75 right before the cartersville exit. he wrecked going over the river bridge and his car ended up facing south Marc

Might have been two diffrent accidents. the one I worked was in emerson. just south on the etowah river bridge involving a black 300zx and a burgandy tractor trailer. the car hydroplaned and hit the guardrail. then spun back into the path of the truck which struck it on the passenger side and knocked it over in the median facing south. I am in need of some help....does anyone know of any organization that helps with utility bills. we have came into a situation beyond our control. and our gas and power are going to be shut off. I am trying to get cars to detail to make the money to pay them..but it just aint happened yet. I know someone had metioned before of some place that would help. I am working full time. and they have reduced lisa's unemploment check, and on top of that they have not paid her in two weeks. not asking for a hand out. just some help before we loose our power and heat. thank you Marc

Pubby. In Powder Springs they will let you talk to the prosecuting attorney before court actually gets started and she could explain what happened. they might help her. but I am thinking she will just have to pay the fine marc

Just got off the phone with my wonderful wife. she graduated from CNA School now she can find a job. I am so proud of her she was at the top of her class too. she is not only beautiful but smart too. Marc

NOLO is reserved for more serious violations. you can only use it once every 5 years and you can use it for minor traffic violations and it will not show points. but I would go to court and ask for a reduction first. that way you could save it for later if you had a serious violation.
