yes, a relative of mine worked 9 months filing forms, refiling when the times ran out, each time cost about $25 to fax everything; then NO; they had 5 missed payments in the past, but had been making on time payments for 2 yrs., but couldn't catch up the 5 missed and asked that they be put on end of mtg. NO. They ended up walking away and are renting. So sad. Felt they could have been told that much earlier.

I remember having a server SIT DOWN NEXT TO ME, while taking our order. I was so furious, I got up to find the manager. Also, the "oh, that's my favorite", or at an Italian place the server said, "that's so yummy." YUMMY??? ick. Unless we ask, don't comment, just write it down. I also don't like personal talk. I do know many are trained to talk to kids,say HOW CUTE!! in hopes of a bigger tip. Or comment on hair, clothes etc. for the same reason.

I hate to hear, "have you been here before?" My standard answer is ,"Why?" Also, "no problem" grates on my last nerve.

hubby had to get home; had been at work (ATL) 24 hrs. already,headed out at 10 p.m.... no food etc., stranded now in a motel on Hwy 41 and feels fortunate he made it that far...determined to come on home this a.m....I'm begging him to stay and do what he loves..sleep & watch tv, but he has no FOOD and nothing within walking distance...wonder if Pizza or Chinese places are delivering!

something odd going on there; my daughter was told they wouldn't see her children, until the office's contract was renegotiated with Blue Choice and they didn't know when that would be; no one called to even tell her, despite her appt made a week in advance; she was told when she showed up; well, she could pay $175 for a visit! So, they referred her to another office, West ATL, who told her Cobb Ped. was having big issues in many areas. She had been getting unhappier and unhappier there, since Dr. Loventhall left and daughter's asthma was never really handled properly after that.

Everytime I used to receive an envelope from my aunt in Columbus, it was ripped open. I contacted her PO management via mail and phone, had to fill out complaint form and it never happened again.
