My doctor told me that you should not do both of those at the same time. You can take benadryl with hydrocortisone. Hydrocorisone would work on me. I use to always get it when i would be super stressed out. Thank god it has not happend in forever. It was always worse in the summer. The doctor will give you some meds!

I would look at Marshalls and Ross. They sometimes have wraps like this. I cant sew either. I got a machine two years ago and still have not tried.
