Thanks for the ideas. But sparkles may not go with my vintage baby theme for the baby shower. lol The parks are all booked for their indoor building. Outside is not an option bc of rain. It is booked so is Cheatham Hill, Chamber of Commerce, senior center, white oak, they looked up every park with kitchen in paulding and they were booked, waiting on red rock, red top mtn booked- Picketts mill closer theirs

They said they do not rent that out anymore. They did when it was a different bank, but now its only used for their conferences. Ragsdale was too much money It is around $15 a person. That is too much to spend on baby shower IMO unless you are rich We have about 40 people so that would be a lot of money. I wish I could have it there. It is very pretty! I am just trying to find a community center or an event room to rent.

Someone on here told me that the Suntrust building in Hiram has a space they rent out for events for public. Does anyone know who I would call about that? Is it apart of Suntrust? Trying to find a facility to rent has never been so difficult

Yes I agree with the respect thing. I just think when you tell someone they are allowed to and they wont. That is what makes me laugh. Not ever a big deal either here. I just noticed it today and it made me kind of laugh

Is it just me or are all men scared of womens purses? If you ask a man to get something out of your purse they always bring it to you. Even my husband- We have been married almost 8years. Yet if he asks for my keys and I say get them out of my purse. He will bring my purse to the other room for me to get them. At lunch today my friend told me niece to get something out of her purse and my brother said " Do not go in there. Go get it for her" Why are men so scared of purses? Do you think something top secret is there- Are you scared you may come across that feminine

I have called all the places you listed about them doing the food. It is just too much money. Those range from 550-1000 to feed 30 people. We can do our own food for half that price. I have not tried the Suntrust. All the others you listed the are booked. I found Cheatham Hills number from someone off FB. I called and left them a VM. Thanks so much for the ideas. Yes. I called probably 20-30 places today and they are all booked. Which seems crazy to me because it is months away. I want a place to rent with a kitchen under 155. Needs to fit 35 people.

It is so much fun. I love it there. I want to go down thursday morning and plan a rafting trip if its not too cold(which I doubt) and come back Sunday. It is my 30th bday so I want all my friends to go.
