Nope, AT&T has unlimited Mobile to Mobile on their calling plans... that includs ONLY AT&T. The NEW part is an addition to the unlimited messaging plan. You can now get unlimited messaging with unlimited mobile to any mobile calling. That inlcudes ALL mobile networks. Trust me... I know what I'm talking about. I sell AT&T phones and the calling/messaging plans every day!!!

The new plan is a messaging/unlimited mobile to any mobile plan. if you currenlty have unlimited messaging (either family or individual) you can change to the new unlimited messaging with mobile to any mobile calling. The voice plans still just include mobile to mobile within the AT&T network. If you're not sure what you have, you can go online and chat with an agent that will be glad to help you with your plan features.

You are correct, in a situation like this, the officers have no choice but to issue the ciation. It will be up to the court whether or not to "press the charges". Hopefully the court will dismiss the actions. I know that this is not an easy position for the Police Office to be in either... I know they don't LIKE issuing tickets or pressing charges in these type of situations.

Her maiden name is the one in the article. She was a very special person and will be missed by many. I've been devistated since I learned of the news yesterday! Praying for her family.
