Well, my opinion is that this case has taken obscenely long to get before a jury. I don't even know if surepip is correct (as I have stated before publicly), but he does deserve to have a hearing before a jury of his peers. I am THRILLED at this ruling, and I don't care who knows it. Now they need to LET IT GO TO TRIAL.

IBM credit union in Kennesaw has been doing it for a long time. Doesn't bother me any...they are still the same nice and since there are several, I don't have to stand in line. I've not noticed any delay in service because of them.

This is why I generally comment on pictures like that...people like her (isn't that Posh Beckham?) really do give (esp. young) girls the WRONG idea of what women are "supposed" to look like. I don't think Rhonda meant to make fun of her (and certainly not of you, by extension). The picture was put up as an example of sexy in a short skirt (implied that she chooses to look that way), and hence the comment(s). I am with you on the other end of the spectrum; when I have been overweight (through no fault of my own; health issues, as yours), it's not fun to be on the receiving end of rude comments from people who don't know the facts.
