Thanks LPPT for such an inspirational post. I too am very thankful for many things. Sometimes, I believe, it's the hard times that bring us together. I am with T-mobile. My contract renews in March but I'm considering shopping around. I have unlimited text and 2000 minutes (no roll-over). I also have family allowance to prevent us from going over. I pay $140 a month for me and my son. Is this good? Can anyone recommend something else?

Please know that I will also keep your mom in my prayers. I am also a grandmother and I can't imagine something happening to my grandson...it would be absolutely devestating. Lean on our Lord and Savior to see you through and know that one day you will see your precious baby again. Hope

Consignment is the way to get a $60 sweater for $8. I would like to know as well and I LOVE the Disney Store so that's sad to hear. We always get the grandbabies Halloween costumes there. When it gets close to Halloween they mark them down and you get great deals on cool costumes.

I quit using Kroger. Their pharmacy customer service is the worst customer service I believe I have ever experienced, so after 2-3 years of putting up with the "miserable" acting employees I decided to move my prescriptions elsewhere. this is the Kroger on 278 across from Chattahoochee Tech.

Please tell me about Uverse. Never heard of it. I have been with Comcast for years, then decided to combine cable/phone/internet with a cost of $114 a month. Introductory deal ran out and bill went up to $180 month. Called to get on a more economical plan and they said I had to wait 6 months before I could change. I would change service but there are no options... right?

Thanks for putting this into words. I'm reading all this stuff thinking my goodness what's wrong with these people...no candy at parades? Bad mama and daddy? Kids (who for heavens sakes) are just being kids! Lighten up!!!!

I do hope all involved in the accident are doing okay. I do not know the facts that contributed to this accident so my previous post is not to imply anyone was speeding or driving recklessly. I just wanted to add that to my comments. My prayers are with the victims and their families...

I do not think a traffic circle would work there because the flow of traffic is to heavy but I do agree something desperately needs to be done here. People go way to fast through that intersection. Maybe putting something across the lanes that would make noise when your tires run across them to remind drivers of the intersection (can't remember what their called). Or some ticket writing to remind drivers there is a speed limit. My neighbor had an accident there a couple of years ago and he said that it seemed the car just came out of nowhere. There is not enough site/distance at that intersect

Small things really count. It doesn't take much to show kindness even when it involves business.
