We'll be going. In fact, Hiram Band is selling tickets for $2 each...a dollar cheaper than at the gate . If you work, you have to have a ticket . I'll be helping to sell Apple Dumplings from 8-10 on Sunday morning. Other than that, I enjoy listening to the music, people watching, shopping, eating the food. There isn't much that I don't like about Pauldling Meadows.

I can honestly say that I love my job/career as a special education teacher. For me, it is like a calling from God. Rarely do I get to see the difference that I make in my students' lives but in my own way, I know that I do. I have been priviledge to have a few of my students to come back to me and let me know what I mean to them and how they have succeed in life. I don't intend on retiring from the classroom, I do intend on staying in the field, just in a different capacity. For the record, I left teaching for a year and special educaiton for 2 years. I explored other interests

I have one tattoo and want 2 more. I used to be skinny....well compared to how I look now. I also wore a size 12P in my skinny days.

The schools are highly encouraging students and teachers to wash their hands with soap and water to reduce the spread of germs right now.

Does anyone know the restrictions regarding drinks and coolers at Turner Field? We are going tomorrow and I want to make sure that we don't have to leave our cooler and such in the car while we enjoy the game. Thanks.

I had never given this any thought at all until our daughter's teacher's dad passed away and we went to his memorial service. The service was very different than I had ever experienced at a funeral. It was truly a celebration of the man's life. His urn was there but you were not focused on it. I left with a more upbeat feeling rather than sad and mournful. When my mom died almost 11 months ago, she was cremated. We had pictures of her on a board that were from all parts of her life. It celebrated my mom's life. She had been sooo sick that no one would have recognized the person in the coff
