I would be concerned at anything below 80 what type of meds do you take for sugar? but to be sure check with a Dr. and as low said everyone is different but 38 is to low and 50 is still low..I start to feel weak and dizzy when I get to the low 80's high 70's and eat a snack. Its all a pain in the rear I know.

if your sugar was 38 you need something sweet ...orange juice or hard candy get it up to 85-90 if that don't work see a dr at a clinic or urgent care. I am a type 2 and know what you are talking about please do not take this lightly

we have the same problem with our senior cats ,our neighbor don't give a rats batoot about their cat,it looks like it is starved,and it comes over in our yard and gets after my cats. I don't want to hurt him,but I think I may see about trapping him ,heck probably be saving the poor thing,at least at the pound he would get fed.i too have put out bucks for vet bills,it's just a darn shame when people don't take ownership of their animals! All my pets are vetted and neutered,but I'm sure this one isn't,it breaks my heart because all he needs is a home with humans to care for him,and these folks c
