The low prices on foreclosures would be a great deal as long as the condition of the home is still in decent shape. However, the reason a lot of foreclosures are at rock bottom prices is because the homes are falling apart, have had a lot of their systems/appliances removed, in some cases vandals have removed a lot of the sheetrock to get at the copper wiring. I have a Canon PowerShot SX20IS that I absolutely love. It's 12.1 MP. It uses standard AA batteries that I've only changed once. The 8GB SD card still has every picture that I've taken on it, even though I've transferred most to my PC harddrive, but I just haven't erased them from the card.
