  1. A 2009 luxury by design 37 ft with super slide camper WILL have a Title. You need to make sure he has the Title for it.
  2. NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The White House on Friday told government contractors worried about fiscal cliff spending cuts to hold off on warning employees about possible layoffs. The government said it would cover legal costs if contractors are forced to slash their payrolls because of the looming $109 billion in automatic cuts next year and are alleged to have violated the WARN Act. The federal WARN Act requires businesses with more than 100 employees to notify workers at least 60 days in advance of a mass layoff or plant closing. Some states require more notice. "Any resulting employee compen
  3. They better hope to get it back down before the election. History shows that people usually vote their pocketbooks and blame the incumbents for it.
  4. I told you those Cajun boiled peanuts were HOT!
  5. Yeah, the FEMA trailers are in a category of their own. They really weren't designed to be used at 'travel trailers' which require to have a license plate. Trailers designed for a residence don't require a license plate but are taxed differently and you receive a decal. I'd be careful trying to use a FEMA trailer as a travel trailer since those weren't constructed to those specifications.
  6. I'm positive there are just as many simple minded Liberal Progressives out there as well. And perhaps some simple minded Liberal Progressives consider anyone more intelligent than themselves as simple minded, since they might not understand what they're saying; especially those who have a poor command of the English language and fail to use simple tools like Spell check.
  7. I'm sure that if any real jobs were created, they were probably created only in swing states - Obama needs those votes. As far as cutting off funding for PBS, that should have been done years ago. The children's programming on PBS could more than sustain that network just on the merchandising side alone. PBS is sitting on a cash cow and doesn't deserve government funding.
  8. Yes. I had a title on my travel trailer. I also have a title on my small utility trailer. The difference between those two, is that for the weight/value of the small utility trailer they don't issue a new title every time, but you just keep signing on the back of the title over to the next owner. I think, pretty much, if it's going to have a tag on it, it'll have a title. I'm not sure how home-made trailers are done. But travel trailer campers will have titles, as new ones are held by the bank when they are financed.
  9. Leave home, kid, while you already know everything. But for a high school student you should know some grammar: It's immediately not immediatly It's principal, not principle It's Yeah, not Yea It's allowed, not aloud You don't capitalize the next word after a comma, but you do capitalize the word after a period. The letter 'I' is always capitalized. I think it's great that while you were outside that you had x-ray vision to be able to see that no one was inside searching the building. Did you hear the phone call that said the bomb was 'inside' the school. Could it have been 'out
  10. I'm glad that they interview jurors to get those who judge people only on the evidence presented in court and not those who have get their evidence from the media. They may be guilty, but in this country people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
  11. I was really surprised that Obama kept his head hung down - like in shame - during most of the night. And I bet Obama's statement that he and Romney hold the same position on Social Security went over well with Obama's campaign staff and the folks at AARP.
  12. CNN just reported in their poll of registered voters who watched the debate, that ROMNEY won by 67% to Obama at 25%. Yes, CNN - the Obama media propaganda machine. Unbelievable! Somewhere, I'm seeing Hillary Clinton reclining back and snickering...
  13. Wow. Obama looked like he really didn't want to be there. His body langauge was really telling. Obama was either looking down or looking at the moderator. He looked lost without a teleprompter.
  14. Stunning Historical Discovery Cambridge, Mass. — Celebrated historian Bertram Oxley has uncovered a memorandum from former Japanese Emperor Hirohito to Admiral Yamamoto dated December 6, 1941, showing that the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was motivated by an offensive film made by Charlie Chaplin ridiculing Japanese cuisine. "Contrary to historical accounts over the last seventy years," Professor Oxley said in an interview today with the BBC, "What appeared to be a meticulously planned surprise attack was actually aspontaneous demonstration by moderate sushi connoisseurs in the Imper
  15. Gosh, Let me be clear, and with all due respect, we will be increasing jobs and decreasing unemployment really fast and furious in my second term. (/hick)
  16. Eddie, you are confused. So many churches today have left their convictions and practice a feel-good, bubblegum mentality. It's difficult to tell the difference between some churches and your local nightclub/karaoke coffee shop. Some of these churches don't even use the words 'get saved' or 'the blood of Jesus' anymore, referring rather to becoming a 'follower of Christ'. Well, the Roman soldiers were followers of Christ. They eventually captured Him, and crucified Him. First, Jesus was NOT a socialist. So many people try to sell that hog-wash. Just like the one "Christians are under direc
  17. National Defense is the only thing that the US government should be doing. Everything else should be left to the states. I like what James Madision said: “If Congress can employ money indefinitely to the general welfare, and are the sole and supreme judges of the general welfare, they may take the care of religion into their own hands; they may appoint teachers in every State, county and parish and pay them out of their public treasury; they may take into their own hands the education of children, establishing in like manner schools throughout the Union; they may assume the provision of the
  18. My GPS has a NAG level, so when you turn it up it reminds you several (many) times about an upcoming turn. But it has another feature I love, a button that if I keep pushing it, it says, "Softer, softer, softer, softer, softer ..." Wish the one on the passenger side had one...
  19. With fewer people working we have less people paying into the US Treasury. With fewer people working we have more people being given money from the US Treasury. With the number of unemployed increasing, the number of underemployed increasing, fewer young people with jobs, and more and more retired people living longer, it's building to a perfect storm...
  20. A friend of mine thought her husband was running around on her. She started searching through his things in the drawers. She found a garage remote control. They don't have a garage. I can just picture her driving all over town, up and down the streets, pushing the remote button trying to see which garage door opens....
