Sorry, but I don't believe anyone crucified her for religious views. As far as I'm concerned, she overstepped the boundaries by not approaching the county to try and work this out and instead, just refused to issue the licenses. She was trying her best to make herself out as a martyr.

I don't think this has anything to do with anything other than this woman is a religious zealot. In her religion it is also frowned upon for woman to wear makeup or cut their hair. Does that mean some would think that she has grounds to reject licenses to short haired women that wear makeup?

Lay the wonton accross both sides, fill the little bowl up with yummy stuff, brush edges with egg white wash, flip the other half and press.....viola you have a ravioli. Except, they are shaped like a wonton. Thanks for fixing it.

If you're going through the effort.......do yourself a favor, get one of these. Of course the picture is upside down......don't know how to fix it.

I got a wonton press, it's easier. Also brush the edges with egg whites to make sure the little suckers stay closed.

Whose recipe did you use for the pasta?

Yes it's worth it. I've made cheese ravioli with ricotta, egg, parm and parsley. I used wonton wrappers. The "pasta" was tender and delicate. Just be sure when you boil them, that you do it gently. You can't beat these tender little pockets of yum! They will open and all the filling will leak out. Yuk. Homemade pasta rocks! This winter I plan to explore the endless possibilities. I agree with you. I just don't see the "why" reasoning. Like this case, she had to say to herself....."well, I guess we can enjoy the boat for at least two months until they find out." It makes no sense at all. The shame brought onto this family by her actions......how did she justify this in her own head?
