Yup, not having to deal with the dogs as well as not having to buy candy is the silver lining. But I love to decorate for hollow weenie but there on one to see it. The plus side to that is I get to mess with the dogs....one day, hubby is going to get bit cause of that gorilla head mask!

MamaJo, I really dont think that anyone here would advise anyone against taking their medicine. It's more about alternatives if that medicine does not work for you. And there are lots of us out there.

Surepip, why don't you head up an effort with all your chicken buddies (that sounded snide but not sure how to say it) and hit Washington hard? Is everyone just taking in on the chin? Does it have to be corn? Can't they have another feed? Not sure if any entity can go up against ENERGY! Now, that is a "tough row to hoe" and they will not win. Well, being stupid or smart has little to do with it. I have had repairmen out to fix the " stupid" washer and they could not explain the concept to me so you are right, I did not understand so thank you for the explanation. But let me ask you this than....you wash a load....lots of silt in the water, does the machine than opt to extend the washing period? Does it release more water during the rinse cycle to ensure a through rinse?

When we went to get a new washer and dryer, hubby insisted on getting the one with all the bells and whistles, I HATE the washer. So silly, it has a dirt sensor. Really? It can actually SENSE the dirt? Good grief, they think the general public is pretty stupid I guess.

My vote went for A. FYI, the Martha Stewart website has patterns for carving some really neat Pumpkins. I tried it one year.

When you are in the middle of a debilating thyroid issue you are lucky to make it up a flight of stairs. But I agree for the most part that excercise is a important part of keeping your mind and body balanced.
