People who are judging outside of a court are, chances are anyway, basing it on the Internet. Which, we all know is full of some facts and lots of trash.

The kid is dead and Zimmerman is fighting for his life in the courts so I guess it's a win, win for everyone. Point being, an unarmed kid was killed by a man with a gun.

I just don't think he had to shoot to kill. Hell, he could have gotten him off of him, again if that's the way it went down, with pepper spray. The kid didn't have to die and Zimmerman didn't have to be fighting for his life in the courts.

Like I said, does a reasonable, thinking, grown man shoot to kill when he could have shot him in the arm or in the leg to get him off of him, if in fact it went down like that. Do you really think, at this point, that he is glad he killed him? My guess is that he is not. My guess is that he wished he had called the cops and stayed in his house that night.

Since no one that posts on this board was there then all of this is speculation. There are so many twisted and turned versions of what happened that night that I think we need to wait for the trial to see what actually happened. This is the thing I can't get past. Did he have to shoot to kill? Was he that afraid? He had the gun and the kid was not armed. That much is clear. This kid, who was a son, brother and family member is D E A D. Did he deserve that? When he was unarmed? Does a reasonable, thinking, grown man shoot to kill an unarmed kid? That is what my question is.

Yes, to all the above. We don't let anyone come anymore except for a local family who have been coming here for years! You would like to think that you could extend this kindness to people but you can't cause they just take advantage.

I'm with you Browndog, maybe you can speak to them. Perhaps if you approached it like you would hate for anything to happen to their animals. You never know, they may appreciate it. I don't think you want to get Into warring with your neighbor.

At the end, did you notice that the blonde (the one who took them to court) wasn't included in all the "ghosts of wisteria lane"? I got a chuckle out of that.

Seeing that there was a recent story about problems with The Humane Society, I am thinking a grain of salt may be in order. Seems to me that after they took a hard shot with that story they would want some positive publicly.
