I have actually eaten so much crunchy garlic that it has stayed with me for days. Literally. I love it but I can't walk around smelling like a Guido for days at a stretch.

Asparagus, olive oil, salt pepper and a hot oven. Sometimes, I roast them till they are crunchy, Tasty.
