Not sure if there should not be government involved in the legal contract that is marriage, as far as the paperwork is involved. When a marriage comes to an end, that is a dispute that involves the CONTRACT......and that is a huge basis of law. So, like it or not, the courts, and therefore the government, gets involved in the negotiation of the collapse of the CONTRACT. Please don't go on the attack with phases like "dumb ass". K?
