I agree with the TIME = MONEY concept. How much time does it take for companies to add to their answering services which button to press for english, etc. How much time does it take to print more than one language on documents, literature, consumer labels etc. How much time does it take for local school systems to provide teachers for esl "english second language" How much time does it take for employers to employ translators. and on and on and on and on

I do not live in 7 hills, however it sounds like you guys need to stand your ground. It is sad that we have gotten to the point where people just expect to have the same "rights" or access, even if they did not earn "pay for" it.
