Today the state of Texas board of education is debating using new text books for social studies, that basically re-write history by leaving out important persons and events such as Prezs' Washington, Lincoln, events like Armstrong being first person on the moon, or veterans day, and independance day. The significance is that if they approve and move forward with changing history to fit their idiealogy, it will end up here in our schools soon.

Nope I had to let her go, her rear end was leaking it didn't matter where ever we went she would just leave a mess it was embarassing. Her front end was kind of loose and wobbly you know kinda all over the place just flopping from side to side, it was out of control and things just weren't pointing in the right direction if you know what I mean. When I wanted her to show some spunk she just didn't have it in any more. I wanted me a newer one with a tuff rear end that didn't leak, and up front things would be tight and keep pointing in the right direction. Now I couldn't bear the thought of

Yes you did, this thread is a discussion about the lack of funding realized by many school systems. In my new can of worms opinion, I did not mean to have education denied, but that the ILLEGALS, should become legal now not in a few generations from now as you stated, and they should help pay for their education now, like the rest of us DO!
