Will we await your reply on this issue, however I must interject to pigpen, auto insurance is mandatory because everyone who drives on public roads can involve another citizens in an accident which can lead to financial difficulties for other parties " repairs, damages, medical bills" However if you choose to only drive on your private property you do not have to purchase auto insurance. The same can be said for health insurance if one chooses to not purchase health insurance, and ends up dieng because of lack of medical intervention, then it has not caused others any financial harm.
