I find it somewhat hard to approach a stranded woman on the side of the road. I normally ask if they need to use a phone as I offer mine up. I hope that makes them feel at ease that I am not an axe murderer and just a scout looking to do my good turn for the day. I once stopped to help the same woman twice in a month to change a flat. He had hernia surgery in January and that has been still aggravating him. His left knee and foot has been bothering him some too. I told him he is just getting too old and I was going to have to shoot him (he is 66.) Otherwise he seems to be doing well. House is about as put back into shape as it is going to get.
