I don't give a crap about pot...that's just me and my feelings on it. WSP, Phish, etc definitely have heavy drug use - it's the neo-hippie counter culture. And no, I've never done a complete tour, but I did catch a ton of shows for a few years. My first show was Halloween on 1999 and I really started to taper off in 2002. I've only seen 5 or 6 shows since Mikey died.

It certainly should increase your awareness...but, man, A LOT of my friends were big drug users (70 WSP shows, yeah!) and I was not.

I'm watching Dr. Phil and I have a bit of an odd question. What drugs are relevant these days? When I was a kid we had pot, acid and exstacy. What are the drugs that kids are doing now? This is one area of parenting that I always want to stay current. While my son is probably WAY too young to worry about it, I'm just kinda curious what kids are doing these days. This show is actually about Rx drugs, which were not really around when I was younger. Are those growing in popularity with kids?

Mine? Nothing - the 3rd row seat is good for the kids. The leather is easy to clean and I love the XM. But our toy is great because it's paid for by the company!

I am so stuck!!!!!! I'm stuck in a house that is WAY too big for us, but I'd have to sell at a loss. I'm stuck in Georgia - and worst of all, stuck in this country. We will relocate from this house in the next year or two. I'm enjoying every minute of my son until I can get him into college and finally move out of here!

Up In The Air is a FABULOUS movie. Hilarious! And if you travel, and especially if you travel for business reasons, you will TOTALLY freaking get it! I rented it, but I will be buying it today!

It has nothing to do with cultural "tolerance". Poverty perpetuates poverty, and in a vast majority of the cases it's because children grow up ASPIRING to buy a tricked out cutlass instead of a reliable civic. Why? Cause that's what cousin big boy drives, and he taught me to do stanky leg when I was two...my mamma still has the video on her Boost mobile phone. It's not a race "cultural tolerance" thing; it's a ghetto thing. There are a great many people, notably Bill Cosby, that has worked to help people see that ebonics, booty dancing and the like will only further the associated stigma.

CE - I think that the reason people have strong feelings is because it's just so incredibly fitting to the "ghetto" stereotype. That said, there are a great many people (hit up Six Flags any day) that STRIVE to be ghetto fabulous. That's why we have Clayton county. I'm all for some booty dancing, but it wasn't for my mamma to teach me how to butterfly...sheeeeeeeet, I learned that at the clubs. PS...I'm cleaning and have my booty music playlist, shawty.

Looking at them is different than looking at them sexually. Not that I think that Hustler is going to use them for spread with Jenna...but, I think that it was an interesting pic to want...pretty,young, blonde, thin, decapitated, full frontal nude pics. Why not choose a male body? or a body on her stomach vs her back? Or an old woman?

There's an accessibility risk. I would venture to guess that this could be the first time a Hustler reader is exposed to sex crime for pleasure. We will have to hope that it appalls more than it intrigues...otherwise, we run the risk of taking people from pervs to criminals.

Well, if we start allowing crime and sex to be associated, we're going to see a rise in violent sex acts. America allows NAMBLA to operate, and then is so surprised when a NAMBLA member commits pediophelia. I guess I just don't see why we should make it so EASY for these deviant groups to operate, explore and expand on their fetishes when the impact is at the risk of innocent people.
