I was laid off on February 2. I was very active for a while, but I've scaled back due to upcoming travel obligations. When I get back next month - I plan to start to really get out there and network. I have my cards, my networking list updated, and I have several events in May. But, I really WANT to be back at work. It's a drag staying home.

I can tell you for certain that you want to stay OUT of anything "Little", ie. Little Havana, Little Haiti, etc. Stay away from Opa Locka, Overtown, and Liberty City.
