  1. Physics is cool. My new facination: Torsion Field Physics.
  2. I'm watching the thing on Doomsday 2012. Pretty good stuff. I'm going to spend all my money in the next 2 years!
  3. the rest in peace forum? It KILLS me.
  4. Great thought! I'm sure it would be one of these whacked out families that wear middle aged garb and play role playing games. I get that some people like that sometimes, but these people live this way ALL THE TIME.
  5. I'm watching Wife Swap. There's this family that lives in the middle ages. Man, there are some strange people in the world.
  6. I've had Sprint for...I dunno...7 or 8 years and they have always been pretty decent. Best coverage by far - and I've used my phone all over the metro area and travel extensively. Customer service is customer service - they all kinda suck there. I pay $120/month on their everything plan. ETA: I love my Palm Pre!
  7. I had no idea so many pcommers had private planes.
  8. No, it's not and it's just getting worse. We built our house thinking that they were going to be building a live/work community with shops and restaurants across the street. The bottom fell out and now they're selling off the land which will probably end up being a gas station. I thought that we would start seeing some of these crappy neighborhoods get revitalized, but instead of pushing out the "austell", it seems to be moving closer.
  9. This is a funny thread...I live in the Covered Bridge district, I moved here from they city. I loved it the first time I came out...then I went to Paulding and made that drive from Paulding to the city. Woah.
  10. Between 25%-40%. A bit better across the street at Life, but not nearly the selection.
  11. Man, I am feeling defeated today...only to receive this. It's amazing how much power we all possess when we work for it. "All the woulda-coulda-shouldas layin' in the sun, talkin' 'bout the things they woulda-coulda-shoulda done... But all those woulda-coulda-shouldas all ran away and hid from one little did." Shel Silverstein
  12. SO's state taxes went from 7-10.6% this year. That was a nice unexpected surprise. If we eliminated his state income tax, I wouldn't have to go back to work. Makes me insane.
  13. We've been a bunch too. It's a really nice, cheap day. Admission is only 6 or 7 dollars and you get a great experience. They have picnic areas, but do not allow reaqdmission.
  14. Man, I don't know where I stand...this Precious star needs to quit taking it back to race, but this fitness wanting to make 20 pushups the "standard" by which we are fit? I couldn't do a SINGLE push up at a size 2 and I can't do one now at a size 10. I dunno...
  15. such a tough question....I'd love to have met Nostradamus and Einstein. I guess if I had to go with one...I'm going with Jesus! Good news is I DO get to meet him one day!
  16. Agreed! I hope that everyone thins of their spouses (and themselves) at amazing in whatever occupation they have. Of course, firemen are exceptionally yummy!
  17. PS...I bet a lot of fire fighter wives have this same love/hate problem!
  18. Really...take mine. DSO = darling significant other I'm really, really proud of my darling!! He worked really hard and I beam with pride over him - even if it does result in some attention from the other women!
  19. You're getting married and you're still following me on pcom?? Dude - thats so much awesome! loves it!!
