I don't defend her - to be CHARGED, you have to have reason. Even if you've had ONE drink, you'd take the test,so it's reasonable that if she refused (IF) she was intoxicated. I think a parent that can do this should be given to us parents that CARE for punishment.

I agree that she hasn't been convicted...HOWEVER, it's a fairly reasonable ASSumption that she was BLOOD tested vs. breathilizer tested due to the traffic accident. I'm not a hypocrite to say that I have had A BEER and driven my son home, but I've never had more than ONE with a meal (only wings - it's like a compliment to a good steak), and it's common knowledge that BAC is 2+ beers or 1+ glass of wine or liqour. If you''re CHARGED with DUI you've either tested above .08 OR refused. So, potentially she refused testing.

For those in this thread that know her...please let her know what a piece of $&*^ I think she is.

FYI, this was done to monitor the 2 per person rule, but now you can set up your apple account in the store and pay with cash. Personally, I think that the ipads are embedded with some sort of brainwashing and tracking software intended to take back control of the Teabaggers (since they make enough money to afford them).

There are 2 reasons why we cannot get rid of cash: If in a crowded venue, you can get a beer quicker - and tip the guy a buck. Cabs home, from said venue let's say, need cash - have you ever seen some of the cab drivers try to do a card transaction??? Ugh. But, this is a boggling apple policy.

Cobb county will bust you in a hurry for anything! I swear, I think that we have at least twice the number of necessary police officers in the county. We have a VIPER unit and they all drive pimped out Chargers. I guess that adds to the cool.

I have never been in a Food Lion, Aldie, Food Depot, etc....Publix or Kroger. Heck, I just went into my first Ingles the other day and that's only cause it was the ONLY grocery store in the town I was in!

But are there STORE brands that you prefer?

Please take her to a good salon for shaping. Nail salons are fine for maintenance, but periodic shaping should be done by someone that cares.

I have some alliances to name brands, but I haven't found a cookie's and cream ice cream better than Publix...and I've tried them all! Do you have any store brands that you prefer over all other?
