I saw a commercial for it last week. We did extra work for a movie back in the early 90's called Gordy. The ball team that was on the bus were some of my boys and some from another team. We were out of Dekalb at the time. I think we spent 2 weeks on the sets. You can see DH hat in the scene in the bar (Miss Kitty's). We did have a lot of fun though and my two oldest had a blast. Yep a lot of those scenes ended up on the cutting room floor. If you ever get a chance to see it you will see a lot of Pedimont park and other places you might recognize.

I know a little old lady who has Obama all over her car. So maybe they could get together and be fair and balanced. OK JK I have one sticker on my Blazer. It has to be something that makes me laugh to make it on to my ride. Or something I feel strongly about. Now I do have the window paint all over my ride, it says GO HORNETS #80. Personaly I think more then one or two is tacky.

Dear 5th grader and I had a come to Jesus meeting this week. He was doing an assesment test and got a 75% he informed me "a C is good enough." to which I replied "if that is all your going to strive for then I'll just send you back to public school." He retook the test and got 100%.

OMG for real???? If this is true I so have to meet you. I had the biggest crush on David and then Shaun came along and well I thought he was so HOT. I had every one of his albums (like 2 or was it 3?). OK yes I will admit I loved Barry Manilow, Bobby Goldsboro, and a few others. But, by far Shaun was the bomb!!!

Not the point. THEY CHOSE a Christian school. Are there not any secular private schools in their area? I do know that they could choose to home school if they want. But, that would not make the statement that the PARENT/S want to make. Like I said this isn't about the kid this is about them. They should be ashamed of using the child.

This isn't about the school but, about the parent/s choice. Why would you put your child in a school that will tell your child that your lifestyle is a sin? Why would you choose this? Unless it has nothing to do with your child and everything to do with you. Why would you set your kid up to be the victim of bulling? Two oldest got their DL when they were 19. Their choice. Let both drive in empty parking lots and on back roads. Youngest has a 4-wheeler and a riding lawn mower that he drives around the property now (he is 10) we'll see how it goes in the next 6 years.
