    Providing they (his insurance) during investigation don't uncover that you neighbor was neglectful. Go ahead and get 3 estimates ask your neighbor for his Insurance Company and Policy Number start by calling HIS Insurance to make a claim

    I run into the same thing DAILY!!! (mostly with the women in the house!!!) :lol: Here is the problem in a NUTSHELL... young people (MOST people not just young) they are in such a hurry.. we have CNN to thank for that and technology (24 hour news cycle) that most people don't take the time to listen they think they are multi-tasking effectively...go back to the store and spend a few minutes eye to eye with that young person and set them straight! heck, I volunteer to film it... you have my cell, let me know!
