Congratulations!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: It's always nice to be noticed for hard and excellent work. I know you're more than proud! I can't wait to see pics!

Shaun Cassidy (whichever Hardy boy he was) Luke Duke Chachi! (Scott Baio) Greg Evigan (BJ & the Bear) Potsy (Happy Days) Donny Osmond :::swoon::: Rick Springfield (Dr. Noah Drake!) I'm sure I'll think of others. I was boy-crazy!

Wow! I'm so glad you were all okay. It could have been much worse. I shudder to think if his wife had been in the car with him. Praying for the man's wife and baby, and for you - that your soreness will not hang around for long!

Email, but I'll try that now! Lucky, you are my new hero!!! That worked!!!!! :yahoo:

You can log into your blackberry online? (Sorry, I'm dumb. And yes, I've had this thing for a few years. I just usually erase them every couple of days, but I'm like 2 months behind!)
-
I'm trying to send you a message, but it says I can't.

Is there anyway to erase all my messages on my blackberry at one time instead of going through each one? Please????

Oh, one thing I might add....I don't know if you wear contacts now or not. If contact lens wearers are interested in any of the procedures, they recommend that you NOT wear them for a month prior to the operation. (I stopped wearing mine before I went in for the consult hoping to be ahead of the game, and because I had worn toric lenses for over 15 years, they made me wait THREE months!) That was the worst part!!! For anybody considering it - go for it. Even if money is an obstacle, save and do this for yourself. You won't regret it!!!

Sounds like fun! When the family gets together each year at Thanksgiving, games are always a big hit. It's funny, because the kids were always so excited when they were finally old enough to play and not just watch! I love EVERYTHING about the fall. It has always been my favorite season. I love the feeling in the air. I love the crisp, cool nights. I love getting an extra hour of sleep! I love the way the air "smells" (and it's funny to me that just the other day my 10 year old said, "Mom, can you tell that fall smells different?" I just laughed, because he's so much like me!)

Thanks, RNG! I had wondered, too. I got the first Nixle alert about an "incident" and then a second that said the area would be closed for another 2 hours. I had wondered what on earth was going on! -
I used Dr. Woodhams about 4 years ago. Truly, aside from marrying my husband and having my child, this was the BEST and most life-changing thing I've ever done. I've worn glasses since age 9, and needed them before then. My vision has grown progressively worse, and I was never able to see clearly with contacts, but my glasses were so uncomfortable. I just accepted it as what my life would be. As I watched the progression of vision repair, I began to grow interested. I'm really glad I waited! I had ICL implants. My vision was so bad, that Lasik probably wouldn't have given me t

There's one for Southeastern Carroll County (Whitesburg area) too. My husband just called me from that area to look it up, because he heard the sirens, and wanted to know if he should seek shelter.

Oh, heck yeah, I'm in! Love me some C&C Music Factory!

I called my husband on the way to work to tell him the same thing! It does look weird out there. (By the way, did you see the rainbow? It was a HUGE one - and beautiful!!!)
-
Congratulations! I'm really excited for you both. Of everything I've done in the world, becoming a parent has been the most fulfilling. I pray you and your family are blessed beyond measure. Yea, Baby Blue!!!

The firing bothers me, too. Quite frankly, I was surprised to not find another post today about it (I was in and out, and thought I may have missed it.) I don't agree with much of Mr. Williams' viewpoints. But I do enjoy hearing what he has to say. He brings some good arguments to the table. This type of censorship is to blame for so much that is wrong in our country. Political correctness run amok. Mr. Williams shared his FEELINGS. It did not affect his job performance in any way. He did not act out in a destructive manner. He just shared what was on his mind. If people ar

Reminds me of the movie/book "Holes". "Diggin' holes builds character!" I love it!

This is something that continues to come up in our business. Truthfully, the problem always exists, but in times such as this, it's even worse. We continue to get call after call to fix or finish jobs that "scammers" have left behind for our customers. As always, the elderly and single women seem to be the primary targets, but no one is immune. If you are having work done on your home, PLEASE make sure you do business with a reputable company. When someone seems to offer you a deal that is "too good to be true" 99% of the time - it is! Sometimes deposits are required (to protect

I'm not sure about what they could offer you. I know my personal account is free, so I'm sure that would work. We use DC Bank on Hardee Street. Ask for Jennifer (the Branch Manager). I'm sure she will help you find what you need for your family!

I use a small town bank. I love the attention they give to us, as customers. They recognize me when I visit or drive through. But today, the teller outdid herself! The other day when I was inside, I had a conversation with the tellers about a lot of different things. One of the things we talked about was the little lollipops they give out. My son only likes the brown suckers, and of course, there aren't a lot of them, so he rarely gets them. We just made a deposit through the drive through. When the drawer opened, there was my deposit slip and a BROWN SUCKER! It's the lit

They're here and SAFE! (I guess I kind of panicked, since I had JUST read EJ's "bad feeling" thread! ) Thanks for the good wishes. (Especially YOU, CC!)

I've been out of the office. My mom has my little one, and they were in that area. She was supposed to drop him off with me by now. I can't get her to answer her cell phone. I just received the Nixle alert, so I'm a little concerned. Any info?

that here on Pcom, when one goes away, there's always a good imitation to step right in.

Beyond the education and training of our young drivers, we are limited in what we can do. With that said, after our 16 year old received his Driver's Training and completed his Joshua's Law requirements, we had a SERIOUS discussion about the gravity of the responsibilities that go along with driving. We had him sign a contract. Some may believe we went overboard, but in these days when too many teens "play dumb" or claim ignorance about what we expect from them, we made sure he could not. This is the basis for the contract we used. We also added several items ourselves. As you can
