The best advice I can give you is when you plateau, is to play with your calorie intake. You can easily check your topics and post by clicking on your profile. There are tabs that say post click them to see your post. If you are looking for an older post you can click on search advanced in the top right hand corner of the screen. You have the option to put in your name or someone else's as the author, you can also search by subject such as yard-sale ect. I use this feature frequently to find old post or subjects. From New Hope the best way for you to go is to come down to the old court house take a left on main, take a right at the old Baptist church and the new fountain, follow that across the rr tracks make a left at the stop sign you will see 278 make a right just before the light into the parking lot.

It is west just before you get to the court house. The entrance is actually on Seaboard, turn at the light and make a quick turn into the warehouse complex.

We have wind, rain, thunder here! Some really close lightening too! Johnny J was here around 3:30 pmed me about a headache nothing would help. I guess he felt it first. It is probably headed toward Newhope at this point, I hope he feels better after it plays out. Yep! I use to think the old folks were a little wacky until it happened to me. I knew even though nothing was even close. I will tell you it is a relief when it finally hits too!
