  1. We will be be selling West Georgia Weather memberships to support Chris' efforts and advertising in his forum. We are working on the design of these things now and will have them available soon. Thank you again Chris for all your efforts!
  2. I was treated to one today on the upper thigh as in up to the groin and no it was not a pretty sight, I can be thankful I was spared her show off my tattoo summer look.
  3. So you have the most beautiful tattoo. The bad thing is that you placed it on your upper thigh, hip or shoulder. Such a waste to have to cover it up all winter, after all it cost so much, you want to show your body art off all year round. The new fashion is to cut a window in your clothing so that others can always see your body art. Thanks to this new fashion I won't be deprived of seeing it 1/2 the year anymore. I can't tell folks just how appreciative of this I am.
  4. Not long, I hold some conspiracy beliefs about modern medicine. The me generation corruption has infiltrated every aspect of our lives . We would be horrified if there was a contrived famine and the price of food rose to the point that food was going to the highest bidder, when there was plenty to go around. It is exactly what is happening, when it comes to resources necessary for our way of life. Do you really want to make this product available to the poor? we would be obligated to give life saving therapies to them. The other way they tend to die off quicker from lack of early detec
  5. Whiter shade of pale I love the melody. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJIVz9nYx7I
  6. Rest of the story Thanks to the test, pancreatic cancer patients could now get an early earning to seek medical help when it still has a chance of working, which could, he claims, potentially bump up survival rates to 'close to 100 per cent'. Deadly: Pancreatic cancer is the same form of the disease that caused late Apple CEO Steve Jobs' long decline and eventual death The test works in a similar way to diabetic testing strips, with his paper strips using only a drop of blood to determine whether patients carry the mesothelin biomarker. It is said to be over 90 per c
  7. I am talking to hubby about it, I need a lot more info. My son will be 18 this month so I would want a male student. My husband has never experienced it, I did when 2 girls found themselves homeless because of domestic violence in the home they were staying.
  8. Now I will answer the question on a personal level like everyone else. My mother made me strong because she was weak. We don't always define weakness in the same way. My mother was very strong willed and would try to bend every thing around her to her will. She was constantly falling apart because it always ended up in things being worse. Her weakness was the inability to apply that will to the right things. We see this all the time, teens do it and some continue to for life. They apply their will to things they have determined will meet their needs, such as drugs, sex, stealing, gamblin
  9. Sorry about that I related our lack of compassion as a whole to what happened. We knew people were being taken advantage of. We didn't stand up for them and I feel we were punished as a whole. Compassion serves many purposes. It was our compassion that got us in many wars, somehow we take pride in taking up for the underdog. We need collective compassion. If we lose it as individuals it effects us all. that was my point not really politics but how our compassion is influenced by others collectively and the result of it.
  10. Tell me about it. This is what I don't get, someone just posted somewhere that they are a libertarian not because I hate the government, but because I believe the individual is better at determining his or her own fate. We just went there, we said all these blah blah idiots got what they deserved. They drug us down with them, this is what makes me so damn mad at times. We can't live on another planet, what are we going to do with these people? put them in a gas chamber to protect ourselves from them? It was karma on a massive level. It was not the ones that we pay for everything and let exi
  11. I am concerned with vacations when I take an exchange student in. Can we leave them here alone or do we have to take them with us?
  12. You don't have to accept excuses when you know they know better. People doing wrong are in pain, some never grow out of it. I don't give until I am empty and people use me up either. I have learned some hard lessons. I have worked to hard to be pulled down by these people. I never lose my compassion, you can have compassion without losing yourself to it. The line in the sand.
  13. Pride in work is good, pride in assumed gifts can be bad, but that is only my opinion. I learned more about what not to do over the years.
  14. Hun those bad people are just trying to survive, you were blessed, you can spare some compassion. Nobody is an accident, we all are a piece of the universal puzzle. They sadly have accepted punishment instead of blessedness. We are born animals and pain drives us to seek some pleasure for relief. But by the grace of God there go I.
  15. I don't feel so bad someone else posted too. It is just gust the weather channel says about 20 mph. It was just unexpected.
  16. I am tough, the things that made me tough make me compassionate. With that said even when I am exercising compassion I can still draw the line. Being tough is very painful, it means bearing up to being the windshield instead of the bug many times. Sometimes I am your windshield, sometimes I have to be a bug. Everyone's journey is different, everyone's lessons are their own. I live with this philosophy being the windshield should be twice as painful as being the bug. Never celebrate another's karma train pulling into the station. Arrogance and pride are the hardest spankings the creator ever
  17. I wasn't home for the event today, but it is gusty right now!
  18. Don't forget to turn on the captions
  19. Thanks for helping with the definition. There has been one at least every day in the headlines lately. There is no way of really knowing if it is suddenly more news worthy. I just talked to my dad, he is concerned with so many new owners of guns and the permits. I have been trying to get him to keep one close by at the house for years because he takes in tool repair. You just never know. He is like me he doesn't want the stress that goes with it. I think some that are new to it will give it up after a while. Just a lot of guns, there is bound to be more use. I see a common denominator in
  20. Her filter will still be brecked
  21. How many people do you shoot for it to be called a mass shooting. Is it just a multiple shooting under 5? I am seeing headlines everyday, that does not mean multiple person shootings are really on the rise. Could they be on the rise for those seeking publicity? Publishing them more will definitely sway public opinion on gun control. The legislation they are working on seems like it will do very little to to curb the type of shootings we are seeing daily. A lot of big cities have a daily shooting and it is usually the people that gun control would not effect anyway, as in the guns being s
  22. Must have been a build up of slime.
  23. The buses are going to be safer in high water than most people's cars. It is only going to get worse if people panic and descend on the schools to pick their children up.
  24. We are planning on it, hopefully we can give him his own forum and get him some sponsors to help him pay for his equipment and subscriptions. He did so well for his first time he will only get better.
