  1. I really don't think that gun control will effect the underlying problem. We know something is very wrong, I read a story where a kid in New Mexico shot his family. He had no record of behavior problems in the article I read. Violence, crime in general, drug use and depression are common. My generation will be the first to go from cradle to grave with television. We can now check the rates of emotional problems associated with it. This is what worries me, we don't know how the human brain really works in response to that media. A marketing ploy is to create an emotional reaction
  2. We were talking about the government and organized political groups, we were not slamming people over their cultural background,
  3. We have missed you around here
  4. I would love to trade you a shrub eating dog for a well behaved goat. My husband would sooner trade me than give up the shrub eating dog. I went out today and surrounded some beds and shrubs with tomato baskets. I have decided to make pepper spray for the shrubs hoping some will recover. He has eaten two azaleas that were over 3 ft tall and around to 8in stubs. I don't think I will ever truly bond with that beast.
  5. It really was nice, my son rolled out about noon, came out to the back porch and said dang someone needs to tone it down it's too bright. I said I will let God know. Only a gamer that stays up 1/2 the night would have issues with bright sunny days.
  6. Exactly, we have to as voters look for integrity. The issue is one of clarity, what can voters put out there to test the integrity of a candidate. I don't really have the answers, so far we ask candidates to do no more than declare their party. I think if an organization created hoops we could create the third party we all think would make a difference. We all know that pacs are wrong, on a basic level we know it is a group buying a politician, put it at the top of the list for rules. If an organization ever got to the point that they had hard and fast rules, more or less a charter we woul

    BLONDIE!

That was cute! It is fun doing it with dogs too!
  8. I totally agree with you, I think a better word than morality is integrity. I think where the Tea party failed were rules. We have supposedly been writing law that passed the test of constitutionality to an extent, it has been left to interpretation. We have 2 parties that are generalized, no hard and fast rules about what is acceptable. Where is the integrity that says you can't take advantage of people? We all see laws and regulations that don't pass the integrity test. I can look back over my lifetime and see many laws and regulations that could not pass the test. We live with the conse
  9. I don't have the ability to do background checks, how can they hold me responsible? Am I suppose to ask? I don't think there is even a law that says I can't own one if I live with a convicted criminal. We do more to track child molesters than we do violent criminals and those with psychotic conditions. Do they have to have a permit before I give it to them?
  10. You know though you could run after him and if he turned around and threw fruit at you and you feared for your life, maybe like a heart condition or you thought the fruit might blind you, This is how you get to shoot bad people with your legal weapon. Run after them, skeer um and when they defend themselves, waalaa one less criminal to worry about. Don't worry about the legalities, millions of people support it, they will send you checks for your defense.
  11. I didn't mention legally, maybe we could just ask them nicely to wear one. The only gun owner I trust is myself and obviously a lot of other people do also. They will let me carry it anywhere it's legal for $72.00 and nobody can do a thing about it. Insert evil laughter
  12. You mean I can only use it to scare folks, oh well.
  13. The neighbors should exercise their right to protect their property and choot um
  14. How about just warning labels like your hairdryer. WARNING THIS PERSON MIGHT BE MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND HIS 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS TRUMP YOUR RIGHTS
  15. NO NO NO that is a hoop that infringes on our 2nd amendment rights. You don't have to be responsible only no criminal record and $72.00. You can't even get in trouble for giving a criminal or psycho one of your weapons. This would be why everyone is arming themselves. You need to get with the program.
  16. Definitely a show after a mans heart. Over grown boys doing what boys love most.
  17. Actually he does have a point, we really want and need to know who is walking around with a gun. If someone walks into a school or theater everyone will know that person walked in with one. As a matter of prevention they could be neutralized before they used it rather than after. Of course we all know the criminal minded always find a way. I just don't know if I can live with the paranoia of seeing every other person in public armed and wondering if they are a nutcase or criminal. Think about it, illegal immigrants openly walked around in our society, did the ordinary person walk up to t
  18. It would be cool to have them running in and raving about it for sure, not that some don't do it now, we just don't get it on camera. There is always the other types of drama that never make it to the site. I regret that I did not get Stradial's more interesting visits. We also have a chair that tips back so far that people leaning back think they are going to fall, they shoot forward so fast they almost launch from the chair. We added a couch to Pubby's office for the more intense problems some p.commers need to share. For now we are not charging for the service, but with camera;s we could
  19. Only because it was on camera, just about every parent has to train a child not to pick boogers in public and to keep their hands out of their pants. Most continue for sometime to do so in private, we can only hope and pray they have completely stopped at some point.
  20. My favorite is Gold rush, my second is hoarders I can't help myself. I guess it is interesting to me because my grandfather would have put many of them to shame. My father is boarder line, he has filled 1/2 the back yard, a 14x16 shed and a 20x20 garage along with a storage trailer at my uncles place. That is an interesting tale, my grandfather went to live with him they bought a 14x24 or something like that for 18 wheelers, any way.....They knew they could not control the hoarding so they gave him space. The compulsion was so bad they had to lock the garbage up at night or he would fill his
  21. Hun most of us understand, We heard it all for the last 2 years before the election, we are pretty familiar with your subject. Organization such as We the people, the tea Party and local GOP tend to vet our local candidates. You don't come across as someone that would vet candidates, thats pretty serious. A good place for you to start is the local GOP you will be welcomed and they will appreciate you energy and enthusiasm. Paulding.com is very diverse, we tend to debate politics rather than be like minded. Don't take any of it personal. I don't think you were ready to bring your message
  22. You might try entertaining her less, she gets bored easily
  23. How about son of a bitch Rut roh
  24. Not only that one but this one Oh sheeze
  25. You forgot to mention the face plant of the extreme right when they wanted to make our uterus's political. I have to laugh when I think of all the wives of the right wingers that pulled the lever to the left over that issue. Right there with you. We are not as stupid as men, they will pay 20.00 for a girl in a bikini top to hand them a sammich.
