He had no record of behavior problems in the article I read. Violence, crime in general, drug use and depression are common. I would love to trade you a shrub eating dog for a well behaved goat. My husband would sooner trade me than give up the shrub eating dog. We have supposedly been writing law that passed the test of constitutionality to an extent, it has been left to interpretation. I don't have the ability to do background checks, how can they hold me responsible? Am I suppose to ask? I don't think there is even a law that says I can't own one if I live with a convicted criminal. We do more to track child molesters than we do violent criminals and those with psychotic conditions.
