I agree with Feelip.... I have just as much right NOT to wear my seatbelt as you do to wear it. The gooberment don't pay my taxes/insurance/car note.... I pay for my own health insurance.... It's NOBODY'S job to make sure I wear it... If you want to...then wear it...if you don't...then suffer for the actions of NOT wearing it.
