Taki is by far better than anything around here. I've eaten at several in Hiram...and Taki is the only one I will go to. I'm not a big on the japanese steakhouses..... I'm very picky ......and they are the best.

Last time I went was in 2007.... GET there EARLY!!! It's a small grist mill type that was converted to a restaurant... Not a lot of seating...and it will fill in quickly. Since it's hot...don't get seated near the "patio" type thing.... it's beside the water.. it gets rather warm in there.

Mine went down 12k........ now it's 12k less than what I actually owe on it. When I bought my house in '05 they said the property value was at 86k...... well after me buying the house and getting an appraisal.... it went up to 125k... so in '05 for 86k my taxes was $625 last year I paid $1125.... since my house is back at the original appraisal ...wonder if my taxes will be back to $625

I agree.........houses in the Tributary in Douglas County go for waaaaay more than that a month If you look in the AJC classifieds....you can find 4+ br in Sandy Springs and other area's for about the same price.

Vick was the money man! HE didn't torture those animals......his cohorts did. They got less time than he did... He as the bank roll for all of the operations. You know what happens if you drink and drive. Just because it didn't happen the first two times you drove after drinking don't make it an ACCIDENT when it does happen. BINGO NC...... It's about accepting responisbility for you and your families actions.. Just like the teens that was killed in that car crash where they ran from the police...... One of the teens a 15 yr old had an ankle monitor on... His mom was all upset that the police shouldn't be treating her pooooor son that way.......he was a good boy... now he had a broken collar bone and some other injuries..... umm why was he out at that time in the morning? What did he do to get the ankle monitor? Yeah... tell someone else your kids an angel.

I agree with you NC.... it's the parents fault the child wasn't buckled..... and then they should be ran over by someone who ISN'T drunk.

If you are in an accident and you kids aren't buckled.......it's YOUR fault! Just like drinking and driving is YOUR fault. This includes driving while impaired under ANY circumstances. I could care less about how much you drink at your house...and on your property...or even if you have a DD...... but one you get out on the roads.....it now becomes everyone elses problem. To many options for this to ever become "never an accident"

AGREE!!!!! When you drink and drive.....YOU know full well what you are doing... But you always think it won't never happen to me. Chances are........this isn't the 1st time you drove drunk!! Unless you have had a friend or loved one killed by a drunk driver....... you won't ever understand. Especially when the driver is not even injured and your loved one was INNOCENT and had NO choice. You have choice to drink and drive! I think a drunk driver should be held accountable to a much higher degree.

They don't charge you if you are accompanying a minor.
