What a SAD story to wake up to on this Friday. It puts the little problems that seemed so important yesterday in perspective and being insignificant today!! Who would ever dream your children, family or friends would go to see a movie and never return home!?!?!? Tomorrow night the story of AUDREY MARIE HILLEY will be on "Evil, I" at 10PM on Investigation Discoveries. Although it is such a compelling and intriguing story with so many different story lines in one I do not see how they can do it justice in 30 mins. Several years ago her story was made into a Lifetime Movie with Judith Light playing Marie and they couldn't convey it adequately in 2 hrs!! The story of Marie happened in Anniston, AL and was the TOP story for several months. It is amazing the people she conned for so long and the money she got from so many important men in the city. They did a segment on Nightline on ABC last night about it, too. His attorney denied the allegations on behalf of his client. (Imagine that???) In the segment they said all of his family are racist and have been very vocal about being so over the years.

We bought some beef wrap thingies in the Kroger meat department. They were rolled with spinach, dried tomatoes and cheese. DH grilled them and we had fresh cut french fries and rolls. I've got strawberry/pretzel salad chillin in the frig. We eat it for dessert. YUMMM.

The ribs were what we went for and what our friends had. But, as always I couldn't resist the ribeye steak. Plus, we'd had grilled pork chops Thursday night. Our friends loved the ribs! Just another excuse to go and get ribs next time. (Not that an excuse is needed to go to Rodney's!!)

I do not remember the story about Lisa when it happened. I am sad that nothing has been done for her. If anyone is interested in putting together a fundraiser for her and her family I would volunteer to help!
