Hello! I wanted to THANK everyone for the thoughts, good wishes, expressions of love, calls, text and most of all the many prayers this past week. God is GREAT and I got home this afternoon! Just think 6 days ago I was in ICU facing emergency surgery but now I am in my recliner surrounded by my furbabies. I have NEVER gotten so much puppy sugars in my life!! LOL. Please continue to pray all goes well and I stay on this path to health. The plan is to do a scheduled surgery in 6-8 weeks and do the repair and everything in one surgery. My former boss is a Florida Alumni. He is an attorney and does a lot of work with a firm in Florence, AL and a firm in B'ham, AL. He often joked about the Sports Talk radio in Alabama. We had the Comcast bundle for about 8 years and were pleased with the service. But, we switched to ATT Uverse in June. We are saving $70/mo for all 3 services PLUS being able to record up to 4 different channels at one time. We did not have an installation charge but a friend did to the tune of $800!! My only complaint is learning the new channel lineup. I hate change!

After 8 days in the hospital and another 6 days home with no appetite I wanted something with some taste. So, DH went to Taco bell (I know not the best and not real Mexican, but???) and I had a taco supreme and side of rice. DH got the new XL nachos they have been advertising and a side of cheesy potatoes.
