That is really strange - they have million dollar garages to work on those cars - not parking lots.

The H1N1 does scare me and I pray it doesn't become epidemic and wide spread. I will follow my doctors advice as to get the vaccine or not. I had never gotten a flu shot because as a child my mother ALWAYS got the flu after taking the shot. But, when he told me "if you get the flu you will die". I changed my mind. I have gotten the regular flu shot every year for the past 9 yrs without any ill effects. I basically do not have an immune system due to anti-rejection drugs for a kidney transplant. My DGD has Cystic Fibrosis. So, any flu could be deadly for us.

WHEW!! I am SO glad there wasn't a winner - I accidentally threw away the ticket DH bought coming home from vacation. I had nightmares there was a winner in that GA town and the ticket was never redeemed. I am in - will drop off the money. When is the deadline? Do you accept paypal?

I haven't seen a lunch thread this week - and after missing several lunches was wondering if one has been started?? If not, is anyone game for Friday?? I don't care where, I just want to see my p.com peeps.

I agree!! And, my heartbreaks for the family losing another so soon after Eunice died. RIP Teddy.

DH is the hamburger eater in the family - he would LOVE one of those - and could finish it off, no problem.

I hope the epidurals work for you and good thoughts are headed your way!! DH had three of them and they helped for a while with each one helping less and less. He did have two surgeries and although he isn't in as much pain as before, it has been 8 yrs and he continues to have back pain. Not to be a downer, but when your back hurts you hurt all over and I have seldom have heard of anyone becoming completely pain free. GOOD LUCK to you and let us know how you do. :::fingerscrossed:::

The news report I saw the testing was being done on adults and most of them were mid to older age - no children and no pregnant women. There is NO way I would be tested on and put the health of my unborn child at risk!
