According to the news, the mother put the baby in the tub and for some reason the shower curtain was closed. There was no hot water in the home and the friend had boiled water on the stove for the bath. She reached around the curtain and poured the water in the tub, not realizing the baby was in the tub.

Do you mind sharing her first name? I want to send out an email to all my prayer warriors. God does hear our prayers and He will answer them!! Please keep us posted and I will be praying for her and the family.

I just saw this on the news and it absolutely made my skin crawl!! POOR BABY!!! I investigated several similar cases when I was in social work. It is amazing the damage a temporary lack of judgment can make and everyone involved will be impacted for a lifetime. Prayers said for a full recovery.

I had a friend whose son would sleep walk - outside the house. He would turn off the house alarm, unlock the door and just leave - never waking up. The pediatrician told her to turn the locks around on his door and lock him in his bedroom. He was probably 10 or maybe older and completely understood this was done for his safety. After a few months he wasn't sleep walking anymore and they didn't have to any more. But, if it were a young child and it is being done only because of behavioral issues, absolutely not.

True, I was surprised when both Brad and Colleen were actually killed. (Of course, "Brad" is now Bill Spencer on B&B.) And, I think Dru will come back as Malcolm did - since they never found her body she has probably been living in some convent somewhere with amnesia. LOL. I really like Victoria Rowell as Dru and will welcome her back - besides, Lilly needs her now that her BFF has died and she will probably be able to give her some type of cell transplant and heal Lilly. And better yet, she will probably be the surrogate mother for Lilly and Cain's baby.

Dr. Taylor explained all this to Adam when he told him she had miscarried the baby. Her mind "thinks" she is pregnant therefore he said it was possible that she would "think" she was feeling the baby moving and her belly would enlarge. I just kept thinking Victor was smart enough to have her seen by an authentic doctor. But, I guess Olivia giving Dr. Taylor the thumbs up was enough.

But at least it makes some sense - unlike some story lines. But, WHO will Victor be with when he is healthy again? Supposedly baby-less Ashley who is mad about all his shenanigans or the love of his life, Nikki? Ladadadalaladadadada

That was my guess. I know your DH might have been initially disappointed, but there is nothing as sweet as your daughter having a baby sister! They will grow up together and be best of friends (when they are not fighting. LOL) CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
