We went off the beaten path yesterday and DH cooked a Med Rare Standing Rib Roast and we will have those leftovers later in the week. But, I did buy a ham last week while they were on sale. Tonight I am going to slice some off and DH will have a grilled fried ham & cheese. I will just heat up some of the leftover veggies from last night to eat with some fried ham.

We have too and never missed an episode. I was saddened by the announcement this is the last season. At least we have the movie to look forward to. Are you watching on TV???? If so what channel?? I had it on ESPN but the Cardinals game was still on so I turned to something else. DH called to ask if I were watching and told me about Heyward's homerun. I told him I was before it came on but then forgot so I I switched back to ESPN . They are talking about basketball and other baseball games. DUH???????? I want to watch it but cannot find it. When I click "information" on my remote it says the Braves are on ESPN but they aren't. ETA: I just found them on Sports South - Lookin Good Braves!!!!!

I was thinking a couple of days ago the mods have been MIA - and took their Mayberrys with them.

It is worse during Spring Break but when I lived in PCB during July 1987 it wasn't much better as far as the kids, drinking & foolishness and during the holiday of the 4th it was worse. And, I am sure it has only gotten worse over the years.

We have given DS the VISA to use when he needed money on a card (before he got a checking account with a debit card) and he was given several of them for graduation.. I am now looking for one of the regular credit cards with a deposit for the credit amount to help him establish credit.

HOW SAD!!! Recently I watched Lifetime do a series on "Horrors of Spring Break". It truly was horrid!!! Teens think they are invincible anyway and add the alcohol and daring of Spring Break it is bound to end in tragedy.

DH LOVES IT!!!! He says it is brighter (opposed to the dull it was before) and perfect for Spring. He also says I look much younger (in agreement with everyone at Allon Salon) and stylish. I cannot wait until Sunday and hear everyone's reaction at church. Bizness documented the entire transformation in photos from beginning to finish. I am sorry I did not intend for this thread to turn into a bashing DFCS caseworkes. I have carried that title and attempted to defend those who are employed and in the eligibility department. I honestly was trying to get some advice to pass along. As far as how much they are paid. As I said in my earlier post they are definitely underpaid!!! With a Bachelor of Arts College degree and 18 yrs experience the garbage collectors for the City of Atlanta made more than I did!!! The majority of people working for the State of Georgia are not in it for the money - or lack there of.

The weatherman said a couple of days ago we were going to skip Spring and go right into Summer. I sent DS a text of the temp shown inside our truck yesterday and it said the temp outside was 86. WHEW!!!!
