I think I am not certain.... so don't hold me to it... but since Ga was declared a state of ER the days that have been missed since then which started (Tuesday) will not have to be made up... *That is my thinking I could be way off** anyone remember if the days had to be made up when we had that flood a few years back and the state was declared a disaster? I am not sure if Ga is still under the state of ER so not sure if tomorrow would have to be made up or not, if not that is 3 days not counting the GA state of ER and they may have 1 more day they can miss. before making all of them

I personally doubt schools will be open tomorrow, to many back roads, that will re freeze tonight when the sun goes down.. but that is just my opinion.... from what I can tell from listening to the scanner, they are still trying to get buses back to the bus barns. but at this point who knows....

Hwy 92 going toward cobb county (due west road) is still a mess, hwy 278 not good , east paulding drive cars still stuck in the middle of the road Hwy 61 going toward dallas a lot of black ice, road is passable but very careful

I have no kids in school, however if i did, I would have kept them home, I had a feeling the school would call early release... and from my past experiences that is a mad house in it's self.
