  1. It would take a few extra minutes each day but he could turn right out of the school. Take a left on Cohran Store Rd then he can turn left on Ridge Rd with the added safety of a 4 way stop.
  2. Rest in peace Richard. You provided many great years of service to the citizens of Paulding County and a lot of the great projects completed by Paulding DOT over the years are because of your leadership.
  3. Some pop-ups are easier than others and also have basic features all the way up to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If you're looking for something small, lightweight and provides a comfortable place to sleep you might want to consider a hard sided teardrop camper. You park it, level it, and hook up to power and you're set. They range from around $5,000 to close to $10,000 which is also the price range for a lot of pop-ups. Manufacturers know that when faced with upgrading to a larger vehicle to tow a travel trailer, consumers will sometimes spend more on a simple lightweight pop-up or
  4. Haha. We love watching We're the Millers at least every couple of months! Yeah getting one that big through the curve might be a problem. Since the truck is a shortbed we can barely make it in and out of the driveway without putting the trailer wheels completely in the ditch next to the driveway. We made some great friends at two different dealerships, one we bought from and one where their sales manager left and is opening a new RV store in Newnan. I'll let them know what you're looking for to see what options they may have.
  5. She came over here too with a flyer. I feel so helpless when someone loses a dog because we've been in that position before and the terror runs through me while I'm frantically searching for them. Luckily ours are lazy and came back within an hour while I was out searching. Nothing like the relief of coming back to find the two lazy butts laying in the garage ready for a big bowl of water. I hope that he shows back up around here and gets reunited. I'll keep an eye out for him. I don't know if you have a fenced area but if you do see him and need a place to corral him until the owners pi
  6. I know what you mean. We're always meeting new people at the campgrounds but it would be nice to have some Paulding friends to take trips with too. Who knows, maybe a PCOM RV weekend at some point! BTW we camped at Jim R Miller park in Cobb County a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Even though it's 30 mins from home it was great just to get away for a few nights. Plus it's only $15/night for water, electric and sewer. It's rare to find a place that cheap! That would actually work great for a PCOM RV weekend.
  7. Hello hello! You definitely should get one. We need someone to take trips with. Come over and take a look at ours sometime. Also, the Atlanta Camping and RV show is at the end of January. You should go and browse all of the types and models. You might end up like us, go to browse and end up finding one you can't resist and end up buying it. Also I saw you joined the facebook page. The Fuzion pictures on the page is the one we recently bought. It's already made the trip to Key West and we loved it. Last year we went to Yellowstone with the Jayco that's in some of the pictures.
  8. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if you have many options at this hour. Most vets can handle it or Deceased Pet Care at 2126 Fairburn Rd in Douglasville can take care of it for you. Their number is 678-838-4640. Also, they usually provide the ashes back to you in a small decorative tin. If you're looking for something to use more as a memorial you might be interested in the attached picture of the kind of display I made for Bandit, one of our three dogs that passed away over the past year. It's very simple to make and I bought everything at Michaels for

  10. Definitely Zerorez Atlanta. I have used a variety of locally owned places as well as Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning and none of them turn out nearly as good as Zerorez. Right now they have a three room special for $139 or a five room special for $199. They also do duct cleaning.

I used Joffe Medi-center across from Cumberland Mall. Great staff and excellent service and results. Don't let the $250/eye or similar advertisements scare you, that is based on people that have slight vision problems and require very little work for vision correction. So unless you already have decent vision don't be surprised if your cost is more than that (likely $1,395/eye) since you'll probably end up like most people and need more than the simple tweak. Joffe also has a best price guarantee for the Atlanta area. Regardless, I don't regret doing it at all. It was one of the best
  14. RV World in Buford is great to work with. Locally and family owned, they treat customers fairly and make you feel at home. Much different experience than the corporate feel at the larger dealerships. After browsing at many local dealerships and others between here and Montana on a 2 week trip to Yellowstone last year,we purchased a new fifth wheel toyhauler from RV World in February and I can't say enough great things about them. Great prices and with no corporate red tape for approval/upselling.
  15. North Atlanta RV rental located on S Main St in Acworth. They have some great units on their site. You can find it easily on a google search.
