we have one and love it, but i also have a bunn that I use. i use my own coffee in my Keurig, my husband drinks decaf, so at night if he wants a cup of coffee he will use it. we like apple cider, hot choclate, pomegranate tea, i have the big one that holds the water, I had a mini and sold it. i buy the swiss miss hot cocoa in the packs, and i put some in a cup and then let the hot water run through the Keurig. it is a lot cheaper and just as good.. i only buy the k cups when they are on sale and I have coupons, then i stock up.

My husband had Sciatica it was horrible, he dealt with it for 2 years, and then it got so painful he could not bend over to tie his shoes, he did the pain meds, chiropractor, physical therapy, the epidurals, all while still working. final as a last resort he had the back surgery, he had 2 disc removed and a cage put in his back, it was a long 6 months of recovery, but he is good now... He has been able to do things he could not do for a few years, so in his case the surgery was best for him, and it was a last resort. he said if he had of known the pain would have been relieved this well,
