what if it had of been a female officer that weighs 120# and the student was a 200# football player and the football player put his knee in the female officers back? I agree 2 ,wrongs do not make a right , and the student had already done 2 wrongs. not leaving when the teacher ask her, not leaving when the officer ask her to.

and I say thats a crock, she knew right from wrong, and she knew what she was doing was wrong. she knew she was doing wrong the minute the teacher ask her to leave and she refused. infact she knew she was in the wrong to have been disruptive in class to start with. this is not about a 1 year old child... this student knew right from wrong. so saying she is not fully mentally developed has nothing to do with knowing right from wrong, yes or no ect.... A lot of kids loose their parents, and have a hard time in life.. that does not give them a free ride.

it came from SOME parents not wanting the school to discipline their child... yes the schools authority went out the back door alone with discipline in the schools. if teacher can not handle the student then the resource officer is called in. after all a teacher is not suppose to put their hands on a student unless they fear for life. I am so glad my boys are out of school it seems like it has gotten so much harder for kids to go to school that want to learn, and there is no way in hatees I would be a teacher.

I do not like the ones that they make now. they are more transmission droven then the old style.

I am sure as the weather gets cooler someone will get them
