Paulding County Missing Person: Justin McNeil (Paulding County, GA) Justin McNeil (W/M, 28 YOA) of Dallas, Georgia, was last seen by his friends and family in October of 2015 at his home. On December 4, 2015 McNeil was seen by an acquaintance at the MegaBus station in Atlanta, Georgia. According to the witness, McNeil told him that he has been clean and off drugs for 60 days and that he was trying to get away from bad influences in Dallas. we live on nebo close to hwy 61 and we have been hearing the big booms we just marked it off to the construction at 61, they have been blowing up gas lines, water lines, and knocking mail boxes down since they started that mess.
