    I always took my boys to the our family doctor and when I made the appointment I just wellness check... and all I had to pay was the co pay 20.00

    I was wondering the same thing yesterday when I had to go to the court house to file some paper work for mama, we waited to sign it and get it notarized because I thought surely they have someone in the court house that does that. well I was wrong, they do not notarize anything for the public at the court house, so I had to leave mama sitting there while I ran to my bank, and sign the paper work and get it notarized and witnessed and then go back to the court house to get it filed. It would save a lot of leg work and frustration if they would do this as a courtesy to the people w
